BQ27000采用RS232链接不了电脑

测试夹具上面的主板IC为s9s08DZ60加4C TI的IC，外部接供电21V和12V。采用RS232链接电脑，电池保护板采用的是BQ27000。我安装了RS232的驱动，两路电压也接上了，但BQ27000的界面始终显示USB没有链接。还望各位大神指点。（我也不知道客户为什么要采用RS232来进行通讯。）
