或者您可以采用TI的TPS61030/TPS61032. 参考电路图见datasheet第一页。
TPS61030/TPS61032差异在于前者是输出电压可调整，后者是固定5V输出。
TPS61030/TPS61032 是升压架构的芯片，与TPS63020 升降压架构不同。同时TPS61030/TPS61032带有低电压Low Battery Detector Circuit .
请问如何实现电池低电压保护？比如电池电压3v保护以防电池过放。
