条件：12V输入，2节串联锂电池。
开始正常完成了一次充电。后来就不正常了，量得VREF为3.89V，OVPSET为1.0V。正常的时候VREF应该为3.3V，请问一下是什么原因导致VREF不正常？
1. 是否试过其他新的芯片换上来试试，用来确认是否芯片损坏？
2. 将该芯片放到新的板子上，看看VREF多少，来确认是否跟工作or PCB有关
