各位，

我客户的终端产品是平板电脑，带扫描头及其它常规的一些功能器件，现在客户反应电脑会突然关机或充不了电，取下电池用EV2300读取后，发现通讯界面的数据全部乱码了，连续读取几次电池又恢复到正常的数据了，电池在出货前通讯，性能，加锁都是OK的，请问有哪些情况会造成这种数据错乱的情况？
