datasheet里有啊，14.5V
额， 测量VDD电压是12V， 电源能稳定工作， 输出有带载。
IC的最低启动电压为14.5 V，当IC启动后，只要VCC电压高于9V，IC就可以正常工作，所以你测量到VCC电压是12V是完全正常的。
你搞错一个概念，你问的是启动电压，你现在测的是工作电压，不是一个概念。
请问UVLO的英文全称是？
