我完全按数据手册设计的电路，正常使用没有问题。但是太阳能板不接或没电的情况下，插拔电池有时候会烧掉芯片，特点是0.02欧姆电阻和BQ24650烧掉，SRN引脚和地短路。

我认为这样，电压会通过Q7A的反并联二极管给VCC供电，瞬间导致芯片不稳定，引起烧毁？
