本人要做一个项目，需要4节5号电池供电，输出3.3V300mA的高效率解决方案，静态功耗要低！输出电流要大于200mA，效率要高，每月1K以上，请问哪款芯片可以满足要求?

我的应用在输入电压低于3.3V的时候要升压输出3.3V，类似一个升降压芯片；

TPS630XX,后两位待定，是一个产品系列，请使用TI官网，选择后两位
目前看的输入范围都是5.5V以内，4节5号电池的应用电压范围是4.8V~6.3V
