请教BQ72965唤醒部份电路，应用电路中的Q2、Q3这部份唤醒电路是怎么工作的？
Alert output 高的时候，Q2不导通， alert output变低， Q2 gS负压， 导通， 对外U2G_Alert 变高。
但外部3.3V进来的时候 ，Q3导通 将ALert拉低，触发芯片
