关于BQ76930的芯片通信无响应问题

问题现象:

使用BQ76930芯片的板子，长时间运行时发现无法通过I2C读取BQ76930的数据，软件复位BQ76930也没有效果，

只有给BQ断电再启动后又能正常运行，平时运行时均正常，出现过1-2次这种情况。

1：请问下可能性原因？

2：有无硬件复位BQ769XX芯片的方法？
