TPS65217C+AM3352方案非正常掉电后（此时有虚电，但不足以带动cpu），重新上电TPS65217C无法正常输出3.3V电压，完全没有电压输出，似乎芯片处于保护状态的感觉，是否可以取消这种保护的功能，或是有什么方法可以让他正常启动
