BQ76930是不是可以不用MCU单独能工作？
BQ76930自带ADC库仑计能测电流，但是没有处理器核、无法对电流数据进行处理，也就无法计量电量，所以需要外加MCU/bq34z100或bq78350等电量计。
那就是必需要用I2C去读每一路电量，再通过I2C去配置哪一路打开平衡充电，
平衡不需要配置，当电压差达到门限值以后就会启动
