单节锂电池，可能长期连接充电器，效率没有要求，最好比较大众化的IC
参数不明确，输出电压多少，电流多少。建议用TI的webench输入参数进行选型匹配。
电池的规格是啥？这个很重要，因为充电芯片很多很多。
