如题BQ24195上电后CE和OTG都拉低了。5V2A供电 VSYS有3.64V，但是BAT就是没有电压，还没有读寄存器，我看网上说只要CE和OTG拉低，d+和d-短路默认是充电状态。不知道哪里出了问题，希望大家可以帮帮我。
