简单的就是MCU的ADC测电池电压，要精确点的只能用外部的专用的电量计IC，参考下面的选型：

可以使用专用的电量计，比如BQ27541一类的。MCU读取ADC值也是一种方法，不过这种电量得到的比较粗略。
如果对电量精度要求不高的话，可以用电池电压来估计电量。因此可以通过关闭Q4来，读取BAT的电压来得到电池电压。
