我用TPS62175芯片设计3.3V输出的电路,可是当输入为24V时，芯片击穿!!!什么情况？看手册支持到28V。。。
用示波器看下SW脚的电压尖峰，估计是瞬态尖峰电压导致的损坏。
1.24V是否为热插拔？
2. 如果不是1， 那一般来自于layout设计的问题，寄生电感过大，引起尖刺电压
