隔离电源的芯片Vrec脚接一个滤波电容很容易理解，但是这颗电容加上去测量电压在均值6.9V，芯片输出Cout均值5V，去掉这颗滤波电容，该引脚电压均值9V，芯片输出Cout均值2.5V，不能正常工作，这颗电容作用是什么，有什么特殊的要求？

该芯片内部是推挽电路的结构，Vrec引脚连接芯片内部的是输出二极管，所以C61是输出电容。 没有输出电容推挽电路就不能正常稳压。谢谢
