请问bq24171终止充电的条件：是否充电电流到了10%就关断，和电池电压有关系吗？是否充电电流和电池电压都达到设定阈值才终止充电？请说明终止充电的过程。谢谢
充电过程是，先恒流，再恒压，进入恒压以后，充电电流会慢慢下降，下降到恒流设定值的10%后，认为达到关断点，终止充电。
