电池已下21指令开启阻抗跟踪，电压3895mV,RSOC为56%，经过关断,激活后读取RSOC为26%，再下复位指令读取RSOC为56%，导致激活后读取RSOC不准的原因有哪些？
有可能是激活的时候电流的影响以及此时的电压测量不准确造成的，最好是在电压稳定电流较小的时候重新发使能或者复位命令。
电池在关断到激活的动作，本身就是让IC重新计算RSOC。
