做了一个样板，用TPS23750 为主控芯片，目标是输出12V 1A，可是，焊接好，输出是19V，空载，什么原因？初次做电源，请教问题，谢谢！

TPS23750是满足802.3AF标准的PD芯片，可实现隔离与非隔离的方案，请问是使用BUCK还是FLYBACK的拓扑？如果是FLYBACK，电压偏高的话，那么要检查下变压器的设计是否正确？匝数是否过多？如果是BUCK的话，可通过调节电阻得到12V。
