设计出了问题，现在的目的是要延迟一下TPS61196的启动
EN脚跟UVLO脚都可以实现推迟启动，但是boost缓慢启动的功能实现不了。LED的亮度是可以缓慢的增量的，取决于PWM控制的duty，可以用一个渐变的duty实现。
谢谢，在EN引脚接了RC延时电路达到了目的。
