TPS65150不工作

您好。我做了一块板卡，用到TPS65150RGE。5V供电，电路与DATASHEET上基本一致。原本输出为12V，20V，-5V。工作正常。后来修改了配置电阻，设定输出为8V，22.6V，-6.4V。电路不能工作。测量发现，REF，CS等信号均无输出。请问为什么？
