过放为2.5V，过放恢复为3V
通过调节稳压源，将各串电压降到2.5以下，则发生CUV，放电FET关闭，如图：
然后把稳压源上升，使各串都高于3V，发现状态不会改变。这是什么原因？
为什么不会恢复呢？
需要看看data flash里的配置，CUV可配置成电压恢复+接入充电器才释放CUV保护
