用BQ24171设计了一个3串锂电池充电电路，结果发现不充电，但是电源路径管理是正常的，也就是接了DC的话，就是DC供电，如果断掉DC则电池输出供电，但是接上DC的时候电池并不充电，我查了一下发现VREF电压是3.9V，不是3.3V,不知道什么问题呢？各位帮忙下！
问题找到了，Thermal pad没焊，导致的这个问题，大家注意！
