请问BQ76940芯片监控10节电池时，电池组电压在28V，芯片能否正常工作？当电池组的电量比较低，电池组端电压为10V左右时芯片能否正常工作？
10串可以考虑BQ76930。只要两组5串的电压高于3.6V即可正常工作。
