golden learning老化循环学习成功后怎么导入到BQ20z95里面？为了让其他人不随便动data flash数据，里面的数据怎么锁定？
主要是Ra table 的值和Qmax cell 0 这两个参数
先将chemID导入到bq20z95，
再讲学习成功的Ra table 和 Qmax cell 0 修改为学习后的， 再从PRO 中将DATAFlash 导出 即可
锁定的指令是0020， 具体在TRM文件中
