BQ4050芯片是否可以脱离BQ296103而独立使用？还是必须两者同时使用？
BQ296103芯片在电路中起的作用，我了解是二级保护，是否还有其他作用？
不是必须搭配使用，BQ296103是二段过电压保护，直接启动PF
