BQ78350-r1 SMBus通信接口电平匹配问题？

BQ78350-r1  SMBC,SMBD电平为2.5V电平。现用stm32或FPGA I/O口对BQ78350-r1通信，I/O口电平为3.3V电平，上拉SMBC,SMBD到3.3V电平。

我看BQ78350-r1手册上SMBC,SMBD管脚为open-drain bidirectional pin，请问SMBC,SMBD管脚2.5V电平对3.3V电平能否匹配兼容进行通信？
