你好，请问TI提供的spice模型中的.TLD,.tsm文件是什么？怎样才能将该模型文件转化成.cir文件在multsim中使用？

.TSM文件及.TSC文件可以用TI自己的仿真软件TI-NA进行仿真。如果在multisim 里面没有这个器件，自己建立，请参考：www.deyisupport.com/.../9850.aspx
有些器件TI也提供PSPICE的仿真模块：www.ti.com/.../midlevel.tsp
以TPS5430为例：有很多TINA的仿真模块：

如果需要仿真的器件有TINA的仿真模块，建议使用TINA，也可以减少画图及仿真的时间。
