有源钳位的控制芯片很适合，但是这类芯片最高只到110V， 例如UCC2897A之类。
或者你可以选择TPS40210, 注意增加额外的驱动电路（或者芯片）.
ucc28c41反激可以实现吗，有什么缺点啊？
应也可以，很难说缺点，主要是选择效率高的设计。
