BQ2057WSN的TS管脚无法配置门限电压

          按照官网的DEMO板，做了如下电路。两节锂电池充电只能充到7.61V，检查发现BQ2057的TS管脚电压竟高达8.3V，电阻R31和R32无法配置门限电压，去掉R31和R32后TS管脚电压仍然是8.3V，根据datasheet，TS引脚是输入管脚，不应输出电压。
