1.如果电芯电压过低比如2.3V/cell BQ76930会进入类似shutdown状态降低功耗吗？
2. BQ76930有0V充电功能吗？ 如果电芯长期放置后电压过低，该如何恢复？

BQ76930不会因为电压过低就进入shutdown模式，除非总电压掉到芯片掉电。否则需要MCU发送shutdown命令来进入shutdown
BQ76930本身不具有0V充电功能，需要外加电路来实现。
