可以烧录的文件吗？
encr文件不是可以烧录的文件，它是EVSW软件针对某一特定器件所需要用到的文件。就类似bqStudio的bqz文件。

把encr文件放在EVSW的安装目录下就可以用了，默认是C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\bq Evaluation Software
