这是对应JEITA标准的，不同的温度下应该有不同的充电要求。

如下表， T1/T2/T3/T4代表的是不同的温度0℃/10℃ /45℃/ 55℃, 所以T1-T2,T2-T3,T3-T4是温度区间。
