BQ24721电源管理芯片按照资料上的参考设计制板后未能工作，其中供电为25V，测试供电正常，11脚VREF5没有5v电压，SMBus通信不上。不知道问题出在哪儿。

如果VREF5都没有5V电压的输出，有可能是在焊接时造成芯片短路或者芯片已经损坏，请更换芯片或者仔细检查下PCB布板是否存在错误。
