现在有两种器件上丝印字母“T3FS”，型号应该都是TL431BIDBZR。其中有些器件3和F上面有上划线，S有下划线；有些器件3上面有上划线，F下面有下划线。
请问这两种不同标示器件的差异在什么地方？

在marking上划线或者下划线代表的是二进制代码，主要是一些生产日期以及封装之类的信息。
