为什么上电以后，3.3V的输出引脚输出的是2.5V左右，但是1.9V的引脚输出正常，是芯片坏了吗

哪一款芯片？ 没有找到TPS301?

LDO如果输出3.3V，而实际输出只要2.5V， 你先需要检查一下是否过载？其次如果是单独供电(独立Vin)， 检查输入电压是否被拉低（可能是输入电容不够，或者layout上没有尽量靠近芯片Vin脚）
（还是没有找到你说的芯片，建议按照如上检查）
