一方面看layout， 电流越大，功率路径越重要，走线尽量看一点。（电流越大，意味着电流的变化也可能越大，寄生参数L的影响就会越大。）
另一方面看电感，注意是否有饱和的现象。
可以适当的降低一点频率。

非常感谢，RT改为50K后，带30A驱动波很稳定了。
