求助：1428与1499联合使用，报错1011，找不到问题

原理图和EM1401EVM的基本一致，只是用了1块1428和一块1499均衡七块电池。

之前可以正常使用，后来突然就不行了，一直出现错误码1011，也就是bg_good那里的问题，VDDCP和VSTACK之间的电压在刚开始的时候会有一个短暂的电压，马上就又变成0了。
