用BQ24610做锂电池重点板 充电电压25.2V，充电电流1.5A，空载时电流为20mA，进入充电状态芯片发热严重起码80度以上，已经确认不是PowerPAD焊接问题，N mos选型和DEMO板一致为FDS8447,请教一下还有什么可能的原因？

正常芯片主要的功耗在驱动输出，而散热方式是Powerpad.

问题主要在驱动的供电上。
其次MOS 需要选择Qg尽量的小，这个可以减小芯片驱动的功耗。
