LM25118 is in UVLO mode few seconds, then come back normal mode, some LM25118(about 10%) can't work.
This phenomenon appears easiler in low temperature.(-30degree~-40degree).
If we shorten the time of UVLO mode from few seconds to few milliseconds, it appears never.
