我们有个项目需要驱动LCD的背光LED, 要求如下：

1. 当输入电压5~24V, 输出能驱动4路LED灯串，每串LED最大电流250mA, 可PWM调光。LED灯串电压在23~28V间。

2. 工作环境温度在-40~85度间。有过流保护

3. 有车规与非车规可选的，有pin to pin 兼容最好
