最近使用bq24735时，有两个问题想不明白，请教一下：
1，为什么在不充电，由电池供电的时候，SMBus读寄存器出错呢？
2，为什么电池放电时，一旦电池电压下降到3V，系统会断电。

1. 见datasheet说明，不满足SMBUS enabled, 读写肯定会出错。
2. 触发电池低压保护。
