有输入电压比输出电压高0.1V的LDO吗？看网上写着有这样的片子。如果有请推荐款符合以下要求的片子，输入电压范围在3.4V-5.5V最大电流在150mA，输出电压为3.3V
可以考虑采用TPS73233.

其中左边的条件选项中将Vdrop选择小于100mV, 即可得到符合的芯片。
然后再结合你其他的条件选择。
记得有压差低到十多mV的LDO
TI满足你要求的芯片确实太多了，建议你用Webench来选，可以根据你的细化需求选出最合适的。
