bq24170充电4.35V电池输入5V，充电异常

5V输入，给4.35V电池充电，充电到4V左右就100多mA小电流慢慢的充了，充电不能终止，将充电电压抬高到5.1V以上就可以解决，将充电电压降低到4.2V也是可以正常充电到终止但是电池充不满，请大神指点为什么会这样，输入5V不变的情况下如何解决该问题？
