有EN端，无软启动端的电源管理芯片，比如TPS65130 TPS61040这些芯片
通过在EN脚，增加RC复位电路来，控制EN脚电压的上升时间，从而控制输出电压，达到多电源供电时，时序的控制。

除了EN控制，还可以用于调节时序的还有，软起动，PG信号。
可行。最好选EN电平比较准确的芯片，这样调时序比较准。另外，也可以考虑用softstart来做。
