我们在调试升压芯片LM3481遇到一个问题：当输入电流超过10A的时候，芯片就不工作了。然后我们就换了一颗芯片上去，就好了。
请问一下这是什么原因呢？
后来我们分析可能是到10A的时候，芯片自己保护了，请问是这样吗？发生什么保护了呢？是过流保护吗？
也有可能是过温保护，换上另一个就可以了，应该不是过流保护，否则新的一片也会保护

具体是什么保护，你需要将原芯片装上去再测试？ 也许换上后都工作正常。
一般更换芯片正常要么就是芯片坏了，要么就是参数margin，从你描述看是后者。建议你在现有基础上测试也行，看那个参数接近保护，都是有可能发生保护的。
