低功耗 LDO查询

供电是12V电池供电，输出电压6V，系统平时工作在休眠状态，工作电流只有几uA。唤醒后电流在600mA左右。请大家推荐稳压芯片，主要是静态电流要低

    你好，TLV1117，静态电流1.7mA。但是，在LDO正常工作时会有3.6W的功率损耗，效率只有50%，所以不推荐LDO

    推荐使用BUCK电路，TPS561208 效率可以达到96%,外围器件也比较少，只要7个元件

       有3.6W的功耗，如果用LDO可以煮开水了。（散热设计比较麻烦，不被推荐）

    　（输入电压大于12V, 电流大于0.5A, 带Powersaving功能，静态电流小于20uA)

       可选择TPS62150A之类.
