BQ27510-G3低温存储异常

我们一产品上使用的流量计芯片BQ27510-G3，电池满充后在做整机低温-40℃存储8小时后，取出后在常温下恢复，恢复时间大于4h，此时开机电池电量显示0%，测量电压为8.3V（两节电池）左右，重新插拔电池后电量显示正常为90%+，或者插上适配器进行充电后亦可恢复，帮忙分析下原因，谢谢！
