bq20z45发生二级保护后，SOCD置位了，能否自动解除呢？
PF 不能自动清除，需要发送PF KEy
PF 里面没有设置这个位呢！因为在一级过流里面时间太短了，所以放在二级保护里面来做，保护后就触发PF，不能自己恢复。这要如何做呢？
