3路集成开关的芯片没有这么大电流的。
你需要选择外部开关的芯片，并且用2片芯片实现三路输出（一片2路的，一片一路的，后者可以集成开关）
（从你描述看，只有5V/12V两路，上述选型你可以借助TIwebench选型）
